Fencing Helper / Labourer – Full Time

Atlantic Fence Alberta Inc. is hiring a Fencing Helper / Labourer to join our team. This position includes working in both the shop and the field assisting with fence and gate fabrication and installation.

Duties & Responsibilities

Fabricating gates and fencing materials
Cutting pipe and preparing materials
Organizing shop materials and keeping work areas tidy
Assisting with deliveries and loading/unloading materials
Mixing cement and digging holes
Using wheelbarrows and various hand tools
Assisting field crews with fence installations
Supporting skid steer operations (training available)
Performing general labour duties as required
Requirements

Must be able to lift 65 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather
Ability to use hand tools
Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver’s license
Construction or fencing experience is an asset but not required
Wage & Schedule

Starting Wage: $19.00/hour
Overtime Available
