Hiring: Administrative Assistant – Brampton

We are currently looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to work at our client’s office in Brampton.
If you have experience supporting daily office operations and enjoy keeping things organized and on track, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails professionally
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
• Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence (Microsoft Office)
• Maintain organized filing systems (electronic & paper)
• Perform accurate data entry and record keeping
• Assist with office tasks (supplies, mail, courier coordination)
• Support basic admin/accounting tasks (invoicing, timesheets)
