We are seeking a reliable and responsible Crew Leader / G Driver to lead landscaping crews and support daily operations. This role involves early morning reporting, transporting team members to job sites, and actively participating in landscaping work alongside the crew.

Key Responsibilities
• Arrive at the yard by 6:30 AM to organize daily work plans
• Pick up and transport crew members to and from job sites using a company vehicle
• Supervise and guide landscaping labourers on-site
• Perform hands-on landscaping duties (lawn care, planting, mulching, clean-up, etc.)
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition

Mainly supervise the teams
Should be good in computers as well.
