Pay: $21 – $23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview

We are hiring a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide excellent support in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist with orders, product information, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Upsell products/services when appropriate
Work collaboratively with the team
Requirements
Customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and computer skills
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
English required; Spanish is an asset
