Endevont Inc. is a growing residential construction company specializing in renovations and custom projects. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter or Carpenter Helper to join our team for the 2026 season.
This is an opportunity to work on high-quality residential projects with a team that values craftsmanship, efficiency, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Perform general carpentry work on residential renovations and construction projects
Read and interpret drawings and blueprints
Assist with framing, finishing, and general site work
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Work safely and efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of residential construction/renovation experience
Valid G Class driver’s license and reliable transportation (truck preferred)
Own personal hand tools
Working at Heights certification (valid)
First Aid Level 1 (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working at heights
Strong understanding of construction best practices and Ontario Building Code
Ability to work 40 hours/week, with occasional overtime and weekends
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

What We Offer
