Conroy Construction Ltd. is hiring siding installers and labourers to join our growing exterior crew.

We are a growing siding company looking for driven, hardworking individuals who want to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team. We offer a fun work environment with lots of perks, plus lots of room for growth, learning, and advancement within the company.

Labourer Position
Experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who wants to get into the trades, learn the siding/exterior industry, and work their way up.

Installer Position
Experience is required. Applicants should have experience with siding, soffit, fascia, Hardie, vinyl, trim, battens, or other exterior applications.

We specialize in James Hardie siding, vinyl siding, LP SmartSide, battens, soffit, fascia, metal/tin work, exterior insulation, and other exterior applications.

Most of our work is in Calgary and the surrounding area.

Pay: $16–$36 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, and work ethic.
