1.The filling volume range is 10ml - 100ml. And the machine should be connected with air compressor for working. When you use the machine for the first time, you should adjust and weigh the output quantity and make sure the volume you want.
2.This series of models need to be equipped with external air compressor, air compressor exhaust should not be less than 0.1m ³ /min and the pressure should be adjustable within the range of 0.4-0.9Mpa.

2. Before disassembling, washing or repairing this machine, please be sure to turn off the air source and power supply first.
3. The machine body must not be washed directly with water under any condition, otherwise there will be danger of electric shock and damage to the electrical control components.
4. After the power switch is turned off, there is still voltage in some circuits in the electrical control of this machine. When repairing the control circuit, please be sure to unplug the power cord.
5. Do not keep your eyes close to the filling head during work, pay attention to personal safety.
6. Do not put your hand on the central shaft of the cylinder during the work process, pay attention to pinching your hands.
7. Before using materials for filling, it is best to clean the machine with detergent first, and then clean it with clean water, so as to prevent oil stains or foreign material from being mixed with materials, which will lead to waste of materials and damage to the machine.
When the paste filling machine is not working, please close the dustproof cover of the hopper to prevent dust or other debris from entering the hopper and causing material waste and machine damage.

Precautions for product use:
1.The body of this machine is made of stainless steel, please do not use sharp or hard tools to scratch its surface.
2. The cylinder has been lubricated before leaving the factory. Please do not open the cylinder or add any lubricating oil.
3. Before cleaning the piston filling machine, remove the Surplus product in the charging cylinder and tee, and then fill the water tank with soft cleaning liquid. Our company recommends using warm water. If necessary, soap water, alcohol, or other cleaning liquids can be used.

4.Cleaning requirements:
When cleaning, it is important to ensure that the piston sealing ring is properly installed. Turn on the machine and let it cycle filling until it is clean. This cleaning is relatively simple and can be used in situations with low requirements. In high demand situations, all components that come into contact with the material should be thoroughly cleaned, including the material cylinder, piston, piston sealing ring, three-way valve, filling head, feed pipe, discharge pipe, etc. When cleaning all sealing rings, it should include the sealing rings of the piston and the flat sealing rings of the valve, and replace the broken and damaged sealing rings.
