Hello! We are currently recruiting for the role of Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. We work with leading Canadian telecom brands across the GTA, with competitive offers and a robust booking procedure. The goal is to incite and record customer interest in an accurate and professional manner. The focus is on maximizing customer retention and minimizing cancellation risk.

You will be tasked with performing telecom/mobility sales at one of our kiosk locations and also at various events whenever we have them booked.

QUALIFICATIONS
- This is a SALES job. You must be comfortable speaking to customers in-person and on the phone. We will help you close your leads but you must learn our products and be proactive in following up with your customers.
- Car preferred, but not a requirement. However, if you are commuting, you are responsible for paying your own transportation costs.
- Minimum of 6 months sales experience in Canada required. (Field, retail, door to door, telephone, etc)
- Proficient English speaking and writing skills. Must be able to accurately type information into a computer.
- Excellent customer service skills. Must be professional and polite at all times.
- Candidate must be punctual and committed to their schedules. Tardiness and absenteeism is not tolerated.
- Must have a Gmail account and be able to use Google Sheets. Your sales tracker and training materials will be provided this way.
- Ability to drive or commute to our office near College Station in Toronto, as well as the locations we provide. We will always try to find you a location that is convenient for you, but it depends on what events or kiosks we have available.

HOURS
4-5 hour shifts. 3-4 shifts per week, with the potential for additional work with good performance. We can accommodate various starting times for you.

PAY
- Base commission
- Commission paid every 2 weeks for installed sales
- Agent is responsible for returning all company materials (e.g. iPad) in the same condition, before the last payment is administered.
