In this role, you will represent the brand by engaging customers, conducting live product demonstrations, and delivering exceptional customer service within a retail environment.

Job Details

· Demo Locations: Kitchener, Toronto, Waterloo, and Pickering

· Pay Rate: $19–$20 per hour

· Demo Dates: May 2, 2026 and May 9, 2026

· Demo Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

· Training: Thursday, April 30, 2026 (Vaughan – Head Office)

Key Responsibilities

· Set up and maintain attractive product demonstration stations

· Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations

· Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

· Promote product awareness and drive sales through active engagement

· Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries

· Distribute samples (where applicable) and promote special offers

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the demonstration area

· Track daily activities and provide feedback/reports as required

Qualifications & Skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English)

· Outgoing, approachable, and confident personality

· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or promotions is an asset

· Reliable, vibrant, punctual, and professional

· Flexible, Quick to learn and adapt to new environments

· Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

· Bilingual skills are highly desirable to engage with diverse customer groups

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers

· Strong public speaking abilities and confidence in engaging large audiences or small groups

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments

· Passion for representing brands authentically and building lasting customer relationships

Duties

· Promote and represent our brand at events, trade shows, and in-store activations

· Conduct product demonstrations to educate potential customers about features and benefits

· Engage with customers through friendly and professional interactions to generate interest and drive sales

· Distribute samples, marketing materials, and promotional items effectively

· Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement

· Assist in setting up and breaking down event displays and promotional setups

· Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times

· Utilize strong communication skills to deliver compelling messages about our products

Experience

· Previous experience in food service, marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required

· Experience conducting product demos or public speaking is a plus
