Respect is Burning Kitchen and Bar is looking for 3 dedicated, high-energy professionals to join our floor team. We are a fast-paced, full-service destination in the heart of downtown, and we need experienced staff who can handle the heat and deliver exceptional service.

The Role
We are seeking **Servers and Bartenders** who thrive in a high-volume, full-service environment. You should be comfortable managing a fast-paced section, possess deep knowledge of food and beverage service, and have a genuine passion for hospitality.

Requirements

Experience:Minimum 2 years in a full-service restaurant (Required).
Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, professional table-side manner, and proficiency in POS systems.
Bartenders: Must have solid experience in craft cocktails, wine service, and high-volume beer/liquor service.
Availability: Must be available for evenings and weekends. Weekends are Manditory and 1 to 2 other days a week.
