Framing Carpenter – Hiring Now

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Framing Carpenter to join our team. This role is hands-on and critical to delivering high-quality residential and light commercial builds. If you take pride in your work, understand structure, and can move efficiently on site, we want to hear from you.

Scope of Work

* Frame residential and light commercial structures (walls, floors, roofs)
* Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
* Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy
* Install beams, joists, trusses, and structural components
* Work safely and efficiently within a crew environment

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years residential framing experience
* Proven experience on larger/custom builds is an asset
* Strong understanding of framing methods and sequencing
* Ability to read and execute from plans
* Familiar with construction safety standards

Must Have

* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable transportation
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to show up ready and contribute every day

Compensation

* $25 – $45/hour (based on experience and capability)
