Job Title: Commission-Based Skincare Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated, and results-driven Korean Skincare Sales Representative to join our team on a pure commission basis. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Korean skincare products directly to customers, building strong client relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities.

This is a commission-only position, meaning your earnings are based entirely on the sales you generate. There is no fixed hourly wage or salary.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Korean skincare products such as cleansers, serums, moisturizers, sunscreens, and face masks
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers
Identify customer skincare needs and recommend suitable products
Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper skincare routines
Use social media, personal networking, and direct outreach to generate sales leads
Meet or exceed personal sales targets and performance goals
Stay informed about Korean beauty trends and new product launches
Provide excellent customer service before and after each sale

Qualifications:

Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
Self-discipline and ability to work independently
Interest in skincare, beauty, and Korean beauty trends (K-beauty)
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
Confidence in building customer relationships and closing sales
Social media marketing skills are an asset

Compensation:

100% commission-based pay
Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Bonuses or incentives may be available for top performers

Goal of the Role:
To drive product sales, expand the customer base, and increase brand awareness while earning through performance-based commission.
