Safety Expired

I'm selling this for my sister who lives in the Interlake. She was 2nd owner.
I drove it from Fisher Branch and everything feels really good. As near as I can tell, everything works exactly as it's supposed to.

Here's the good...
*Engine runs smooth and quiet without any ticks and with lots of reserve power.
*Transmission shifts up and down very smoothly with no hesitation.
*Remote Starter (needs re-programming after the new car battery was installed).
*2 Keys/1 Fob.
*Cruise Control.
*Pwr Windows & Locks.
*Auto Headlights.
*Starlink.
*Aux rear heater.
*Lots of room to walk through from front to back.
*Built-in child's booster seat on passenger side. *Overhead DVD with remote and headphones.
*Folding/removable 2nd row seats.
*Folding/removable 3rd row seats.
*Manual-closing doors (Sliding & Hatch).

Now the bad...
*NO HEATED SEATS!
Driver's seat is worn and could use a seatcover (or not).
*5th door (hatch) got dented when it was lifted into my Dad's garage doorway. It looks like it could be pushed out is somebody took off the inside panel.
*It's not new, it got a few dings that got patched up over the years.
*The TPMS warning light stays on because original rims were replaced with ones that don't have the sensor built-in. The light can be turned off with a quick tap on the INFO button on the dash. She said the rims were $80 ea vs. $300 ea from GM dealer.
