We are a busy Japanese restaurant looking for a Sushi Chef and Sushi Helper to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and want to grow in the sushi industry, we’d love to hear from you!

Sushi Chef Responsibilities
• Prepare sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation
• Manage prep and maintain inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized sushi station

Sushi Helper Responsibilities
• Assist with cutting vegetables and basic prep
• Help with rolling simple sushi (training provided)
• Prepare ingredients (rice, sauces, toppings)
• Keep kitchen clean and organized
• Support chefs during busy hours

• Experience preferred for Sushi Chef
• No experience needed for Sushi Helper (training provided)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Legal to work in Canada
