Good Engine and Power Head

Has,

2x, 120V 15A Outlet
1x, 120V 27A Twist Lock Outlet
1x, 120V 20A Twist Lock Outlet
1x 120V/240V Twist Lock Outlet

The unit is running slow, it's only producing 117.5V at 53 Hz.

I have been able to get it to produce the correct Voltage, 120 at 60 Hertz.

I believe the problem is due to a bad, Diaphragm Assembly (See Pictures) on the throttle.

I believe this part along with vacuum lines, needs to be replaced and the Governor Adjusted.

The unit will Start Run and Make Power, once it's warmed up it will starts running too fast.

To the best of my knowledge everything except for a throttle control is working the way it should.

This is a timing belt engine, I have no record of it ever being replaced.
