AST Stone Ltd. a growing leader in premium natural and engineered stone products (countertops, vanities, fireplaces, and architectural elements) in Toronto, is seeking a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create accurate 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, cut sheets, and fabrication templates from customer specs, measurements, and sketches.
• Apply knowledge of stone materials (granite, marble, quartz, etc.), cutting techniques, seams, edge profiles, and best fabrication/installation practices to optimize designs and minimize waste.
• Collaborate closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure precise, high-quality results.
• Review blueprints and site measurements for accuracy.

Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (minimum 1–2 years of professional experience required).
• Knowledge of stone fabrication processes, materials, and how stone should be cut/prepared is highly preferred (or strong willingness to learn in a hands-on environment).
• Ability to read blueprints, take precise measurements, and produce detailed technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Prior experience in stone/countertop industry, construction, or architectural drafting is a big plus.
• Must be reliable, able to meet deadlines, and work well in a fast-paced shop environment.
