Job Description

Armstrong Ranches LTD is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Farm Worker to assist with daily agricultural operations. The successful candidate will support crop production, livestock care, and general farm maintenance in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
* Assist with seeding, spraying, and harvesting operations
* Perform general maintenance and repairs on farm infrastructure
* Assist with handling and care of livestock, including feeding and monitoring animal health
* Load, unload, and transport agricultural products
* Maintain and care for farmyard areas, including mowing and general upkeep
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
* Follow all farm safety procedures

Requirements

* Previous farm or agricultural experience preferred but not required
* Ability to operate or learn farm machinery
* Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
* Ability to work long hours during peak seasons
* Valid driver’s license preferred
* Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
