Title of position: Waterfowl Hunting Guide/Spotter

Number of Positions: Four (4)

Job duties: Scouting, spotting, guiding, calling, setting up and breaking down spreads. Talking with landowners. Reading RM maps. Cleaning birds, if required.

Terms of employment: Seasonal, Fall Start Mid/Late August 2026 through early November 2026.

Wage: $31.00 per hour, $250USD to CAD and base it on a 10 hour work day, lodging, fuel and food are all provided

Language: Must be able to read, write & speak English

Relocation: Employer will pay full fuel costs to work location for a qualified applicant hired from outside Alberta

Location of work: Surrounding the Fairview Alberta area, in designated hunting zones

Skills/Requirements: Previous waterfowl guiding experience
• Must be able to call ducks & geese
• Must be physically fit and be able to work long hours
• Must be flexible to work all days of the week (varied work days)
• Must be willing to work outdoors
• Must be self motivated
• Must have a good attitude and relate well to clients
• Must participate in setting up and breaking down spreads
• Must be able to read RM maps
• Must have a clean driver’s record
• Must be able to communicate in English
