Live-in Superintendent Residential Building, 1 Bedroom unit


Pay: CA$400.00-CA$500.00 per month housing allowance

Overview:

We are seeking a Residential live in Superintendent for 2 small, quiet buildings in downtown Hamilton area. The superintendent will be given a 1 bedroom unit to live in, ideal for couples or single occupants, no kids.

Mature, responsible couple preferred with superintendent experience. Position will be available for June 1st, includes apartment plus salary. Please send resume to ed_parente77@msn.com.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all maintenance activities within the building

- Perform routine inspections in tenants units

- Coordinate and oversee contractors for major repairs or renovations

- Keep the buildings clean and cut grass/shovel snow walkways when needed

- Collect rents from tenants each month

Experience:

- Experience as a residential superintendent is an asset, willing to train the right applicant.

- Communicate well with tenants and contractors

- Management skills to oversee renovations and repairs

- Being handy is a plus
