This dual axle trailer has been kept in very good condition since it was purchased in 2015. It is very clean and has been non-smoking and non-pet since we bought it. It has remained in one spot the whole time, used as a summer retreat.
It sleeps 6 comfortably, has 1 slide out, 2 entrances, outdoor shower, two 35lbs propane tanks and a new spare tire. The queen bed is accessible from both sides…no crawling over anyone to get out!
These items are in full working condition: stove, oven, full size fridge and freezer, hot water heater, microwave, tub and shower combination, furnace, radio/CD player with 4 speakers and fresh water pump. It also comes with A/C, which we never used.
There is plenty of storage, both inside and underneath.
The large front window is great for views while relaxing in comfortable rocking armchairs. All upholstery is in good condition.
GVWR (Gross vehicle weight rating)- 8,500 LBS, when trailer is fully loaded.
UVW (Unloaded vehicle weight)- 6,460 LBS, when trailer is empty.
