Requirements:
- Experience in traffic control / flagging or willing to learn
- Ability to safely direct traffic and communicate clearly with drivers, pedestrians, and crew members
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Recent criminal background check required (CLEAN)
- Reliable vehicle to get to and from work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work long hours, day shifts

Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control zones safely
- Direct traffic using stop/slow paddles and hand signals
- Place and monitor traffic control signs, cones, and barriers
- Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate with crew members and supervisors to ensure smooth job site operations
- Perform basic equipment checks and ensure all traffic control devices are in good condition
- Help saw operator set up and take down equipment when needed
CANDIDATE MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT AND ABLE TO HUSTLE

Start Date: Immediate
Pay: $20/hr starting
