Recent work done (have all receipts):
• Four wheel alignment done on January 26, 2026
• New control arms and outer tie rod ends done on January 8, 2026
• Oil and filter changed on December 11, 2025 @ 358,165km (changed every 5,000km)
• Changed air filter on June 5, 2025 @ 354,265km
• Replaced transmission filter and gasket on May 22, 2025
• New alternator installed on December 17, 2024
• New front shocks and front sway bar links done on September 26, 2024

Pros:
• Good aftermarket Kenwood stereo bought not long ago.
• Four Kumho SOLUS 4S HA32 215/55R17 98W All Weather tires that I bought new on April 28, 2023 and installed on May 3, 2023. Tires came to $798.00. They’re on the original Altima rims. I measured and it’s at 6/32”.
• It currently has four Nitto SN2 215/60R/16 winter tires on black steel rims mounted. They’re a size smaller, but still within the acceptable range according to Kal-Tire. I measured and it’s at 8/32”. Date code: MW 12814.
• No major leaks
• Good windshield. A few chips. No cracks.
• Doesn’t burn oil.
• No rips or tears on seats.
• Two-way remote start
• Good heat; good AC
• You never need to plug it in. No matter how cold it gets, it will start. I have never plugged it in, and the previous owner didn’t either, as the block heater cord is zip tied.
• Comes with 2 original key FOBs. I bought two more off Amazon, but they’re not as good. You have to press it a few times.
• The driver’s side window has scratches from me scraping it too hard in the wintertime. Front passenger window has some scratches as well, but not as bad as the driver’s side.
• Extra used light bulbs for the front.

Cons:
• It currently has 359,xxxkm on it. I bought it in 2014 when it had 250,000km on it.
• Fuel gauge doesn’t work; it used to sit at Full, or a little past Full, and only move towards ¾ full. You will have to do what I did, and rely on the trip odometer, to figure out when it’s time to fill up. I was told it was $800.00 to fix it. I believe the tank is currently half full.
• Lots and lots of rust
• The body is in rough shape
• The hood prop is loose as the plastic parts holding it keeps breaking. So I will include a nice hood prop that I bought off Amazon. And a new Hood Prop Rod Retainer in case you do want to try to fix it. You still need the other part, that isn’t there, that is supposed to hold it in place. I suggest just using the Hood Prop that I bought off Amazon.

• The sunroof’s motor is worn out. It will open up, but it may not close. Or close all the way flush with the roof. So my mechanic has shut the motor off on it.
• The fog lights do not work and one is missing. I was told that it wasn’t fixable. As you may have to replace the bumper(?) as well. Regardless, it’s not something you want to spend money on for this car.
• The cruise control will once in a while not work. You can turn it on, but you cannot set a speed. It will just be flashing green. Turn off the engine, and it will work once again, after you turn the engine on.
• It leaks oil(?) a little. Stain appeared over two nights.
