**Job Title:** Quality Control (QC) Technician

**Pay Rate:** Starting from $25/hour

**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control (QC) Technician to join our food manufacturing team in Scarborough. The QC Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet food safety standards and quality requirements throughout the production process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
* Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
* Conduct inspections, sampling, and testing of products
* Maintain accurate records of quality tests and inspection results
* Identify and report any quality issues or deviations
* Work closely with production teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented
* Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

**Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in a QC role within the food manufacturing industry preferred
* Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
