About the Role:
Seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a young man in Plainfield. We are looking for someone who understands that caregiving is as much about emotional connection as it is about physical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.

Managing medication schedules and therapy exercises.

Providing structured engagement (reading, games, or specialized hobbies).

Light housekeeping and meal preparation tailored to specific dietary needs.

Requirements:

Must have own transportation to client's residence and a Class G license. A properly-equipped vehicle is provided for the client's activities.

Experience and strength to handle patient transfers.

PSW, DSW preferred but willing to train a willing and able candidate.
