Product Usage Instructions & Precautions
Precautions:
1. The machine must be properly grounded during use. The power supply must be equipped with a leakage protection switch and connected to a grounded socket. If the machine is not in use, disconnect the power supply.

2. The high-pressure washer should not be operated by children or untrained individuals. Never leave the machine running unattended. Before performing maintenance or repairs on the washer, please disconnect the power supply. If the washer has been idle for a long time, manually rotate the motor impeller a few times before restarting (with the power off).

3. Do not use the washer in the rain, and avoid spraying water on the machine. Warning: Never plug/unplug the power cord with wet hands.

4. Do not move the washer by pulling the power cord. The power cord must not be left lying on the ground. During cleaning, the power cord must not be placed at intersections or on roadways.

5. The cleaning machine should use tap water at room temperature. The inlet water temperature must not exceed 60℃, and the inlet water pressure must not exceed 2 bar. Do not use the machine at 0℃ or below.

6. Do not use the machine in areas where people are not wearing protective clothing. Do not aim the spray nozzle at yourself or others to clean clothes or rain boots.

7. The machine must maintain an adequate water supply while in operation. Running the machine without water may cause damage to certain components.

8. When performing cleaning operations, operating the spray gun handle may cause recoil. Always hold the spray gun handle firmly with both hands and avoid twisting the high-pressure hose.

9. Only use non-corrosive, particle-free cleaning agents with a viscosity not exceeding 45 mm. Note: Do not use cleaning agents containing chlorides or any bleaching agents, nor acidic or corrosive cleaning agents, as these substances may cause irreversible damage to the machine! It is strictly prohibited to use flammable and corrosive liquids such as alcohol, gasoline, hydrochloric acid, etc., as media.

10. The high-pressure water jet emitted from the high-pressure washer can damage surfaces such as wooden boards, glass, and motorcycle paint, as well as the edges of various objects and flowers, shrubs, etc. Inspect the water jet before spraying to ensure that the object being cleaned will not be damaged by the powerful force of the jet.

11. The high-pressure water jet poses potential hazards. Never direct it toward people, animals, electrical equipment, or power sources. The working pressure of the washer is preset at the factory; please do not adjust it yourself.

12. If the power cord or any critical components fail (e.g., safety devices, high-pressure hose, spray gun), please immediately stop using the machine.

Usage Instructions:
1. Pre-startup Preparation: Before starting the machine, please inspect all nuts and bolts to ensure there are no loose components. The oil plug installed on the oil pump is designed for transportation purposes. Before startup, please replace it with the oil plug and exhaust valve provided in the spare parts kit. Warning: The oil filler plug must be replaced, otherwise the rising oil temperature in the pump may increase internal pressure, leading to dangerous hot oil ejection due to thermal expansion.

2. Please attach the inlet hose to the tap, connect the water supply, and turn on the power. Once the air inside the pump has been fully expelled and water begins flowing from the pump's outlet, turn off the power. Connect the other end of the high-pressure hose to the pump's outlet, then turn on the power again, open the water gun, and the machine is ready for use.

3. When supplying water to the machine using a water tank, simultaneously start the machine and fill it with water through the inlet hose. Once the machine is operating normally, please place the hose into the water tank. Ensure a mesh filter is installed at the inlet hose opening to prevent foreign objects from being sucked in, and the water tank level must not be lower than the machine. Connect the other end of the high-pressure hose to the pump's outlet fitting, then open the trigger to begin use.

4. During cleaning operations, the nozzle should not be too far from the surface being cleaned, generally no more than 10 centimeters, as the nozzle's impact force decreases with increasing spray distance.

5. Generally, the cleaning pressure should not exceed the working pressure (8 MPa). If special requirements exist, the machine can be increased to the maximum pressure (10 MPa), but it is not recommended to operate the machine at maximum pressure for extended periods.

6.After cleaning is complete and the water gun is turned off, the machine will automatically shut down. If the machine will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended to turn off the power switch and release internal pressure by opening the water gun trigger.
