We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Established in 2014 now serving the community of Stirling, Ontario and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a serene environment dedicated to health and relaxation, utilizing your skills to enhance client satisfaction and health outcomes.
Duties
Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massages.
Conduct client consultations to understand their specific concerns and preferences.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Document client treatments accurately in accordance with clinic policies.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend future sessions or wellness practices as appropriate.
Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and customer service at all times.
Stay current with industry trends and continuing education requirements to enhance skills and service quality.
Experience
Prior experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and answer client questions confidently.
