Are you a caregiver who leads with kindness?
We are expanding our care team for a wonderful married couple staying in their own home living with Dementia. As their needs grow, we are moving to 24/7 care to ensure they stay safe, engaged, and together.
We are looking for:
• Evening Stars: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• Night Owls: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Note: Alternating weekend shifts (Day/Eve/Night) are part of our team rotation.
The Role is About More Than Just "Tasks":
It’s about companionship, patience, consistency, comfort, dignity and kindness. Encouraging daily walks and exercise, preparing nutritious meals, and keeping their home a clutter-free sanctuary. You’ll assist with daily tasks and occasional community outings to keep their spirits high.
