This pellet smoker/grill has 1620 sq in of smoking space with 3 stainless steel cooking grids that can be placed at 5 different levels. It has a Wi-Fi controller built into the 4.3 " touchscreen control board that connects to the Pit Boss app. The grill can reach temperatures from 150-500 degrees F which lets you smoke low and slow or sear steaks using the flame lever to provide direct flame to your meat. It has a 40 lb hopper with a hopper divider which lets you mix different flavors of pellets. It also has a pellet clean out door which lets you easily empty your pellets. Another great feature this unit has is an easy ash clean out system with a removable burn pot that lets you just dump out the ashes - no vacuuming required. The folding front and side shelves have extra prep space while the bottom fully enclosed cabinet gives you lots of storage space. It has the new Pit Boss pellet burn system with a rapid igniter and comes with 2 wired meat temperature probes. The unit was introduced in 2025. It has even more features that are too numerous to list. I bought it last March (2025) but only used it once. It comes with a custom cover. It is just too large for the two of us.
