We are looking for an experienced (5 Years Required) Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our growing automotive restyling team. If you take pride in clean installs, attention to detail, and high-end finishes, we want to hear from you.

Wage: $30 to $35 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: 30–44 hours per week

Responsibilities

* Install PPF on full vehicles, partial kits, and high-impact areas
* Perform proper vehicle prep (wash, decontamination)
*Paint correction
* Use pre-cut patterns and bulk install techniques
* Ensure flawless application (no bubbles, debris, or lift lines)
* Wrap edges and finish to a high standard
* Safely disassemble and reassemble vehicle components to ensure proper film installation
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Training & Mentorship Responsibilities

* Provide guidance and hands-on training to apprentices and entry-level staff
* Demonstrate proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and product handling
* Assist in developing the skills of junior team members to meet company quality standards
* Support a positive learning environment and contribute to team development

Requirements

*Experience: Minimum 5 year of experience in PPF installation
* Education: Secondary (high school) diploma
* Ability to use industry standard installation tools and equipment (heat guns, squeegees, cutting tools)
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
