Responsibilities
• Perform general maintenance and repair work across residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:
o Drywall repairs, carpentry work, and finishing tasks including patching, sanding, and painting walls
o Basic heat pump, HVAC, and appliance maintenance and troubleshooting
o Plumbing repairs, including leaks, clogged drains, running toilets, and faucet repairs
o Basic electrical work (non-certified), including replacing light bulbs, switches, and outlets
o General handyman work, including doors, locks, hinges, handles, and cabinets
• Perform basic exterior upkeep, including pressure washing and minor landscaping
• Inspect units and common areas to identify maintenance needs proactively
• Coordinate with contractors to arrange access and scheduling, and to ensure work is completed properly
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work orders from start to completion
• Carry out additional duties as assigned
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with tenants, team members, and homeowners

Qualifications
• 5–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Personal vehicle and own tools are considered an asset
• Experience in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work is required
• Fall Arrest and/or WHMIS certification is considered an asset

Schedule
• Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM
