The Space: We have a bedroom opening up in our 2-bedroom apartment located on Lippincott Street, right by the vibrant Kensington Market and Harbord Village area. This is a student household, and we are looking specifically for a male student to join us. Move-in is May 1st, and we are flexible on the timeline—we are open to either a summer sublet (May to August) or a full 1-year lease.
The Room & Apartment:
• The Room: This room comes fully furnished and is completely move-in ready. It is tucked away in a very quiet and private part of the home, making it the perfect distraction-free zone for heavy studying or just relaxing away from the city noise. Plus, it stays incredibly comfortable and cool during the hot Toronto summers!
• The Apartment: You will only be sharing the apartment with one other male roommate! We have a really nice, spacious living room that is perfect for hanging out, along with a shared kitchen and bathroom. We are a low-key household and like to keep the shared spaces clean and comfortable. We also have a cleaning service that comes by every now and then to clean the apartment at no extra charge to you!
The Location: You really can't beat this spot. Lippincott is a beautiful, tree-lined street that is just steps away from all the cafes, restaurants, and shops of Kensington Market. It is highly walkable to UofT, TMU, and Chinatown, and very close to the Bathurst streetcar line.
