Position Overview
This role is suited for a highly skilled Carpenter who is confident running jobs, solving problems on-site, and delivering clean, professional results. You’ll be trusted to work independently, manage your time effectively, and uphold a high standard of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality carpentry work (framing, finishing, renovations, custom work)
- Interpret drawings, layouts, and project plans accurately
- Take ownership of tasks and keep projects moving efficiently
- Coordinate with team members and communicate clearly when needed
- Maintain a professional, organized, and safe job site
- Ensure all work meets building codes and company standards
Qualifications
- 5 years of carpentry/renovation experience
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve without supervision
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
