Looking for real pork with flavour again?

We’re offering Mangalitsa hogs raised on pasture and finished properly for rich marbling and taste you won’t get from store-bought pork.

These pigs are raised outdoors with care, not in confinement, and it shows in the final product. This is the kind of pork people come back for once they’ve tried it.

We are taking reservations now for whole and half hogs, with custom cut and wrap through a local inspected butcher. Availability is limited through the season.

Delivery into Calgary is available once per month, or pickup near Caroline.
