Parkside Gardens Landscaping is hiring an experienced Landscape Lead Hand.

We’re a small crew based near Riding Mountain, MB doing landscape construction — hardscaping, planting, grading, and equipment work. Looking for someone who knows the trade and can help keep jobs moving on site.

This is not an entry-level position.

Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years landscaping experience
– Class 5 driver’s license (required)
– Class 3 license is an asset
– Experience with equipment (skid steer, mini-ex, etc.) or willingness to learn
– Reliable, shows up on time, works well with a crew

You’ll be working with tools, machines, and materials daily — building projects properly from start to finish.

Pay depends on experience. Strong candidates can earn $30 /hr.

Dirty hands, clean money.
