Job Duties
Planning, directing and evaluating the operations of the establishment
Managing staff and assigning duties
Planning, directing and evaluating the operations of the establishment
Determining merchandise and services to be sold, and implementing prices and credit policies
Sourcing and negotiating with vendors when necessary
Developing and implementing marketing strategies
Evaluating and improving customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
Addressing staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff
Managing baking and decorating desserts and breads
Managing the preparation and cooking of food
Managing and supervising kitchen staff
Managing the ordering of food supplies and maintaining inventory
Managing sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
Wages: $44.72 per hour
40 hours per week
Minimum 12 months of work experience as an assistant manager in a similar type of business required
University degree/college diploma required
