Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Lady, who speaks Portuguese preferred to join our team for a small medical building and a condominium located at Eglinton Ave West and Avenue Road. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in both a medical building and residential unit.
Requirements:

- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Common area building cleaning duties:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming in all areas of the building, including lobbies, hallways and restrooms.
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces
• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures. Restocking toiletries like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
• Emptying trash bins, disposing of waste properly and taking out garbage bins on pick up day.
• Washing windows, glass partitions, and doors to maintain transparency and cleanliness.
• Disinfecting commonly touched surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons.
• Ensuring all surfaces are free of dust and removing cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessities.
• Sweeping entryways, cleaning exterior windows, and maintaining the cleanliness of outdoor spaces if applicable.
• Responding to spills, accidents, and other cleaning emergencies promptly


House Keeping Condo:

• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces such as countertops, tables, and appliances.
• Making beds and changing linens regularly.
• Washing, drying, folding, ironing and putting away laundry.
• Cleaning toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors, windows
• Sweeping balcony, watering plants
• Emptying bins and taking out trash
• Putting items back in their proper places and ensuring rooms are tidy
• Occasionally organizing closets, wiping baseboards, cleaning refrigerators and stove
