*Product Specialist / Inside Sales – Packaging Industry*

$23–$35/hour | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri) | Full-Time | ASAP Start

We are hiring a Product Specialist / Inside Sales Representative with experience in the packaging industry. This role focuses on client communication, sales growth, and product support in a fast-paced environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

•⁠ ⁠Handle client inquiries, emails, and inbound/outbound sales calls
•⁠ ⁠Generate new business and maintain existing client relationships
•⁠ ⁠Prepare quotes, proposals, and process sales orders
•⁠ ⁠Recommend suitable packaging solutions based on customer needs
•⁠ ⁠Maintain CRM data, sales records, and reports
•⁠ ⁠Support product presentations and collaborate with internal teams

*Requirements:*

•⁠ ⁠Inside sales experience (packaging industry preferred)
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and sales skills
•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of quoting, order processing, and CRM systems
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office
•⁠ ⁠Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
•⁠ ⁠French is an asset
