Care supports seniors and adults who need help in their own homes across Calgary and Southern Alberta. If you take pride in doing this work properly—calmly, respectfully, and consistently—we’d like to meet you.

The work

Depending on your scope and training, you may support with:

Personal care (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
Mobility and safe transfers, positioning, fall-prevention awareness
Companionship and cognitive support
Light meal prep and home support connected to client well-being
Medication reminders / assistance as permitted and directed
Clear updates and professional communication with the Care team
You’ll be a fit if you are

Reliable (show up, follow through, communicate early)
Calm, respectful, and comfortable working independently in a home
Confident with personal care and basic safety practices
Professional with families—warm, but with boundaries
Requirements

HCA / PSW / RN (or equivalent experience considered)
CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain immediately)
Vulnerable sector criminal background check, plus references
Living in Calgary reliable vehicle strongly preferred (faster, more consistent matches)
