Prefab & Exterior Foreman – Relocation to Calgary Available

Cullum Group is hiring an experienced Foreman for a high-rise project in Calgary, with ongoing work across future high-rise and industrial projects.

This role focuses on exterior envelope completion, ACM panel coordination, and prefabricated panel installation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead exterior work (cladding, sealing, deficiencies)
Coordinate ACM panels with precast, glazing, and structure
Support prefab panel install (framing boarding)
Manage small crews and daily production
Read drawings and solve site issues

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with ACM panels, cladding, or exterior systems
Background in steel stud / drywall / panelized work
Able to read drawings and work independently
Foreman or lead hand experience required
High-rise or commercial experience preferred

Important:
This is a working foreman role. You will be expected to lead crews and stay hands-on when required.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership and solve problems — not someone who needs constant direction.
