Raymond Swing Reach Forklift Operator
Location: Etobicoke, ON (Evans & Islington Ave.)
Compensation: $20– $22 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Raymond Swing Reach Forklift
Operator to support warehouse operations. This role requires proven proficiency in
operating Raymond Swing Reach (Turret) forklifts within very narrow aisle (VNA)
environments and managing high-rack inventory systems. The successful candidate will be
integral to ensuring efficient material handling, inventory accuracy, and compliance with
warehouse safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Raymond Swing Reach forklifts to perform inbound and outbound material
handling tasks including put-away, retrieval, and replenishment of inventory in high-
density racking systems
• Navigate VNA layouts with precision and maintain high levels of productivity and
accuracy
• Adhere strictly to company and regulatory safety procedures, including daily
equipment inspections and safe operation practices
• Collaborate with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and production teams to
optimize warehouse flow and prevent delays
• Accurately complete documentation and electronic logging of movements, cycle
counts, and any discrepancies
• Participate in general housekeeping and operational improvement initiatives within
the warehouse
• Load and unload freight, including occasional manual handling and lifting (30 lbs) as Required
