40 hours per week at $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate must have experience in the automotive trade, possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties

-Supervise front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
-Answering phones
-Making out invoices
-Ordering parts
-Organizing clients appointments
-bookkeeping

Experience

-Must have proven knowledge and experience in automotive.
-Familiarity with QuickBooks and Mitchell1 is preferred.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
