Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our hose division to ensure smooth production operations.
The role will include building hoses, inventory management, training, quality control, overall supervision and reporting.
Duties include:
Building and assembling hoses for various applications, including hydraulic and industrial systems.
Ensuring operational readiness of all hoses.
Training and mentoring other employees.
Performing routine inspections and repairs to ensure the efficiency and safety of hydraulic and industrial hoses.
Customer acquisitions and implementation of marketing strategies.
Inventory management.
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Conduct performance reports.
Our candidate must have at least 2 years experience in the hose industry. Must be proficient with computers and tracking systems.
Qualifications
Our candidate must have at least 2 years' experience in the hose industry.
Proficient with computers and tracking systems.
Ability to interpret customers' requirements.
Ability to lift 60lbs.
Excellent attention to details is a must.
Forklift operation is an asset
