With respect to the above-noted Action, notice is hereby given that $368,422.53 held by Black Box Management Corp. with the Royal Bank of Canada, has been paid into the Alberta Court of King’s Bench. A portion of these funds are claimed by, and will be released to, the claimants in the Action on the basis of a claim in constructive trust absent claims or objections.
