The ball mill is used, when the cylinder rotates around the horizontal axis at a certain speed, The medium and raw materials inside the cylinder follow the cylinder to a certain height under the action of centrifugal force and friction. When their own gravity is greater than the centrifugal force, they will detach from the inner wall of the cylinder and are thrown down or roll down, and the ore is broken due to the impact force .

Wet grinding: The wet grinding process can effectively increase the flowability of the materials in the ball mill, and the fineness can reach 1000 meshes or above according to the ball milling time and process.

-First, see whether the motor wiring is well installed, if the motor has problems such as collision damage, you should first ensure that the motor is in normal operation before starting to work. -Check whether the structure of the machine body is firmly installed, check whether the machine has loose screws, so as to avoid damage to the ball milling tank when the machine is running. -The ball mill tank should be filled with the appropriate quantity of materials and the ball mill stone, it is prohibited to be overweight, and it needs to ensure that the jar has a relatively free capacity before being placed on the machine. -The rubber stopper should be tightly plugged into the mouth of the tank, and tapped for a few times with a rubber mallet to make sure it is firm and to avoid material spillage

Use operation
When using the machine for the first time, in order to prevent the ball milling jar impurities from being mixed into the material to be milled, idling should be carried out, the specific method is to put the ball milling jars, the equal capacity of ball milling stone and the right amount of water to the machine for ball milling, and if the capacity of the jars is required to be high, the water needs to be changed for a few times for ball milling cleaning. After testing the machine, put the material into the tank, the first quantity should be less than 1/2 of the volume of the tank, then put the appropriate amount of ball grinding stone (the pot below 3L is prohibited to use large balls, the impact force of big balls is high, and careless operation will damage the jars), and use a good proportion of rubber plug to plug the bottle. If the hand plug is not strong, it is necessary to beat the rubber plug with a rubber mallet to ensure that the rubber plug is firm. Put the ball mill tank into the machine.
