​We are looking for a reliable individual ready to move beyond basic labor. No experience with specialized coatings is required—we will fully train you on the job.
​What You’ll Learn
​Epoxy Flooring: We will teach you the full application process for high-end floor systems.
​Painting: Professional prep and finishing techniques.
​Equipment: Get hands-on training and certification on industrial grinders and blasters.
​The Requirements
​Commitment: Must be willing to learn and follow specific technical processes.
​Physicality: Capable of heavy lifting and active daily work.
​Reliability: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to get to the shop.
