Operation and Use
1. The ground should be flat and grounded when used. Before use, start the machine and run it for 3-5 minutes. Check that all parts are running normally and there is no noise before use.
2. First, add a small amount of garlic to try the effect of garlic separation.You can adjust the adjustment handwheel at the four corners according to the size of the garlic. If the garlic is too big and causes a high rate of damage, you can adjust the adjustment handwheel clockwise to lift the pressure cap upwards. If the garlic is small or the divided garlic cloves have overlapping petals, the adjustment handwheel can be adjusted counterclockwise to reduce the gap between the two rubber plates. At the same time, adjust the tension of the upper cover pressure spring handwheel appropriately. If the difference in garlic size is not significant, the tension of the pressure spring can be ignored and not moved.
The following adjustment standards are for reference only, and specific operations will be measured based on actual operational effects.
(1) For garlic above 5cm, adjust the gap between the two discs of the handwheel to 2.7-2.9cm, and adjust the middle pressure spring to 2.5 cm above the surface of the handwheel exposed by the screw.
(2) If the garlic is less than 5 centimeters, adjust the gap between the two discs of the handwheel to about 2.5 centimeters, and adjust the middle pressure spring to expose 2.5 centimeters of the handwheel epithelium on the lead screw.
(3) If the garlic is about 6cm, adjust the gap between the two discs of the handwheel to about 3cm, and loosen the middle pressure spring slightly.
(4) This machine is equipped with a vibration cleaning device. When the sieve plate is congested with materials, pull the vibration handle by hand, and the sieve will jump up and down to clean the congested garlic cloves. Do not pull the vibration handle for a long time, otherwise it will affect the garlic grading effect.

Repair and maintenance
The rubber plate inside the material barrel is a vulnerable item. After using it for a period of time, it can be replaced according to the degree of wear. The material barrel should be cleaned once a day. Sharp and hard objects such as stones, wooden blocks, and iron tools are strictly prohibited from entering, otherwise it will seriously damage the rubber panel. If the processed garlic has too much soil, clean the bearings once after working continuously for 100 hours and replace the bearing lubricating oil.

Precautions
1. Be sure to tighten the screws when fixing the dividing machine on the rack!
2. Do not put your hands into the feeding port during machine operation, and do not stand under the rack!
3. Children are not allowed to approach the machine during operation!
4. Power must be cut off during cleaning and maintenance!
5. If there is accumulated material in the sieve before starting up, cut off the power first, clean the sieve surface with a wooden stick, and then work again.
