SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE – WOOD FENCES & CARPENTRY (TORONTO / GTA)
For Established, High-Performing Local Professionals Only
We are a well-established boutique construction and renovation firm with over 30 years of proven presence in the Toronto/GTA market.
Our focus includes large-scale wood fence projects (subdivisions and residential), as well as decks, patios, and custom exterior carpentry.
This role is strictly for experienced, self-directed professionals.
It is not suitable for junior candidates, newcomers, or individuals exploring sales as a new career path.

1. WHO SHOULD APPLY
Apply only if you can confidently meet the following profile:
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven success in sales of services or high-value projects (construction/renovation, real estate, building materials, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to generate your own business (network, referrals, repeat clients, real estate connections, etc.).
• Mature, composed, and professional communication style suited to discerning homeowners and small developers.
• Strong understanding of Toronto/GTA neighborhoods and client expectations.
• Native-level English with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fully equipped (vehicle, phone, computer) and operationally independent.

2. IMPORTANT POSITIONING
This is a performance-driven role.
• You are fully responsible for your results and income.
• No compensation is provided for inactivity or lack of performance.
• This is not a training position.
We do not provide basic sales education or lead generation systems.
We are seeking professionals who already know how to identify opportunities, build trust, and close deals. This role is NOT SUITABLE for:
• Newcomers seeking entry into the Canadian market
• Individuals “trying sales” for the first time
• Subcontractors or tradespeople looking to transition without proven sales capability

• Realistic OTE: $7,500 – $9,000 per month for consistent performers
