Eagle Home Renovations and Brightstar Painting are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, confident, extroverted, hard working, self motivated, well spoken, competitive, dynamic individuals such as yourself who have an excellent work ethic and willingness to create a relationship with new clients who are interested or planning to renovate or improve their home. In other words if you're a shy person this job may not be for you but I'd still encourage you to apply because it may be you're a good fit to speak to new people with a specific purpose in mind and you are less timid while at work than at play.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED however applications with cold calling, sales, customer service, retail, construction, painting, Renovations, demolition,and trades experience will be given favour in our process.

HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE within evenings and weekends with a standard minimum hours each week required with roll over possible week to week for example: last weeks over time gives you enough hours to work less hours this week.

What we do:
We generate leads (appointments) in a number of ways that have proven effective in past few years with ideas welcome to diversify expectations each week. Your job is to collect contact information for potential new clients scheduling their appointment for their estimate for the project they are planning. You ensure you always put the clients first, meet quotas before their deadline, work as a team, in pairs and by yourself. Supervised and unsupervised you'll need to be self motivated and motivated by income and incentives to meet the position expectations, we coach and train you working one on one until you have the confidence and ability to be effective and your supervisor is satisfied you can handle the conversation and represent the company well without support both in adequacy and demeanor. We expect you to be mature, polite, well spoken, relatable in any way useful, out going or if introverted able to overcome your boundaries and are able to speak to many new people professionally and without hesitation, IF you are quick thinking, and results motivated and a goal oriented person apply! This job will bring you more money than worked for and incentive rewards bills weekly sometimes monthly.

We work all over metro Vancouver and vancouver, you are expected to be able to travel to anywhere we assign you to work following our current job locations underway, there is no exceptions for lateness we DO NOT require you to have a vehicle to drive for entry level positions, supervisors are expected to have access to a vehicle with the license status at least able to drive alone but ideally with others as you will be responsible for some people's transportation and to check on marketers on the ground to keep people on task, give them a break, or tend to physical needs should that arise during their shift, deliver incentives and rewards with the potential to work full time with the marketers in sales and/or as a crew member on site learning by assisting the tradesmen who need a laborer as needed and to help facilitate production.

Entry level positions are 100% marketing with the possibility of a raise and higher ranked position (i.e.crew leader, sales rep, supervisors, etc)

We give you the option of how you would like to be paid with some options only available to those who demonstrate a perfect work ethic , who get more than minimum leads required per shift and per week.

HOUR REQUIREMENTS ARE FLEXIBLE and all shifts are scheduled for week day evenings 4-8pm no meeting, 3:30pm - 8pm if required at the meeting and weekends 11am-8pm. You choose your own dates coordinated with supervisor if you are matched for car pooling which has limited seats available so will not be available for some but transportation is considered when assessing as we understand that it takes the bus a little longer and on days we have a meeting you may be late for the field and have to get yourself to the day's location where once arrived before beginning contact the supervisor to confirm your arrival time. When coming straight from home to locations in the field we expect you to plan accordingly your mode of travel ensuring that you will arrive on site on time, for marketers thats at 3:30pm or latest 4pm, for tradesmen its 8am-4pm for sales it is depending entirely upon what time the estimate is scheduled and you are to be on time no exceptions or tolerance for late arrivals and you are expected to contact the client if any signs of being late for their appointment to inform them you are behind.

YOU MUST HAVE A SMART PHONE TO BE HIRED as all lead information gets entered into a spreadsheet you'll later submit to management via email or if not possible or an email will suffice but you'll need data on your cell phone plan to submit leads either way and to track your progres and be tracked as well as to send your leads a virtual company business card any time it is requested by clients of any level of interest in hiring someone for their home improvement project and to offer any contractor, sub contrqctor or tradesman company owner so we can expand our work force or provide quotes for their company . We recommend storing all the leads you have collected in a document or note on your phone as you go eliminating the need for paper and pen and able to schedule the estimate and share this calendar event for their estimate directly to them, sales people and management immediately so they are reminded of the appointment and are ready when the sales people arrive to complete their quote.

UNIFORMS WILL COME WITH TIME AT NO COST TO YOU. So we will eventually provide company t shirts to all our staff but ask in the mean time require that you dress business casual which means no graphic shirts or blue jeans or running shoes etc. And for tradesmen no loose clothing but any clean clothing appropruate for working on site. Dress for the weather. We prefer white or black shirts as the weather warms up the need for a jacket is lessening but your own jacket regardless of appearance is acceptable.
