I have space, for Home Childcare for the summer, as of right now I still have 3 spots left! It will be $30 a day and I am open to discussing hours with each family individually, as I know every families needs can be different.

This will be only for the summer months (July and August), as I do currently work for the school board as an Educational Assistant/Child and Youth Worker (my diploma is Child and Youth Worker). I am first aid and CPR level C trained and have a clear police check, as required from the school board. I am located in the Forest Heights Community in Kitchener.

It is a pet friendly home, we have a dog and 2 cats, all very friendly. Our dog is a large breed dog, she is still a puppy (just over a year old). Our one cat is 2 years and she will typically hide during the day with others in the house, but the other cat is a kitten and very skittish but also friendly and cuddly when he warms up.

I have my own boys (4yrs and 5 yrs) who will be home with me during the summer, and joining us on any walks or park visits we do most times.

We do have a backyard but am getting a decent size above ground pool for the summer, so based on parents comfortability, we might not use the yard. It is not a massive pool, but still a pool (it is around 2ft deep, by the dimensions online). If we do not use the yard, we will go to the parks around us or use some of the green spaces, or even our front yard, to have lots of time outside during the day! If everyone is alright with it, we will 100% be in the pool during the summer, they will never, under any circumstance be left unattended in my yard, or in the pool.
