Description
We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Post job ads on different hiring platforms
• Conduct active candidate screening
• Actively search for and reach out to potential candidates.
• Communicate with potential candidates throughout the hiring process
• Arrange and conduct interviews
• Coordinate interview and work schedules

Requirement:
• Previous experience working in a staffing agency or employment agency
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
• Quick response time and able to handle urgent tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on-site in both Markham and Vaughan

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, weekends as needed

Pay:
$20–$21/hour
Bonus available
